Women with endometrial cancer who have relapsed after prior platinum-based chemotherapy and one prior line of anti-PD-(L)1 therapy.

Women with newly diagnosed uterine leiomyosarcoma confined to the uterus, classified as Stage I, who are considering letrozole treatment versus observation after surgery.

Patients with HER2-expressing, mismatch-repair-proficient endometrial cancer that is primary advanced, Stage III or IV, or has recently recurred.

Women with HER2-expressing advanced high-grade epithelial ovarian cancer receiving first-line maintenance therapy after initial treatment.

Women newly diagnosed with advanced-stage (FIGO III or IV) serous epithelial ovarian cancer who are appropriate candidates for chemotherapy before surgery, and whose tumor tests positive for protein marker that helps predict response to treatment.

Patients with recurrent or metastatic cervical cancer who are eligible to receive Tivdak who are enrolling for ocular safety monitoring. This study is not testing eligibility for the drug itself.

Patients with mismatch-repair-proficient, advanced or recurrent endometrial cancer receiving first-line maintenance treatment after initial chemotherapy.

Adults with HER2-expressing endometrial cancer who have not received prior systemic treatment and are receiving adjuvant therapy after surgery.

Patients with persistent, recurrent, or newly diagnosed metastatic cervical cancer that is PD-L1 positive and cannot be cured by surgery or radiation, receiving first-line maintenance treatment.

Patients with recurrent or progressive endometrial cancer after prior therapy. Most subtypes are included, excluding neuroendocrine tumors and carcinosarcoma.

Women with platinum-resistant high-grade serous ovarian, fallopian-tube, or primary peritoneal cancer whose tumors overexpress cyclin E1.

Patients with ovarian, fallopian-tube, or peritoneal cancer that is either platinum-resistant in Part A or platinum-sensitive in Part B.

Patients with breast, ovarian, or endometrial cancer whose treatment is being compared with standard treatment as part of a basket study spanning multiple tumor types.
