Services

Trials365, LLC is a Site Management Organization (SMO) offering complete centralized research support. Our experienced staff manages industry-sponsored projects from site feasibility to completion. Our infrastructure allows for an expedited startup with a primary focus on patient enrollment and quality data. With access to a large patient base in all therapeutic areas, we support phase I through phase IV (outcomes-based trials) throughout our sites. Trials365, LLC staff are experienced in all aspects of clinical trial activity, have advanced training in good clinical practices, maintain International Air Transport Association (IATA) certification, and are well-versed in various electronic data capture (EDC) systems. As a site management organization, we can open a project with a single contract with multiple satellite locations. Our ability to expand research offerings at numerous institutions maximizes enrollment and allows access for a diverse population.

Facility

Trials365, LLC partners with hospitals and physician practices that desire to conduct clinical research trials. We have established relationships with practitioners throughout the region in various therapeutic areas. Research activity is primarily conducted at the partner institution’s facility to improve convenience for patients and their physicians. Trials365, LLC provides all staffing and management services. Remote areas and home visits are available as required.

Trials365, LLC provides each site with the required equipment to perform research activities outlined in the individual protocol. Available resources:

  • -20 degree Celsius Freezer for investigational product and specimen storage.
  • 2–8 degree Celsius Refrigerator for investigational product and specimen storage
  • All temperature-sensitive areas are monitored with a min/max temperature monitoring system
  • Access to onsite local laboratory services
  • Ability to process laboratory specimens for central laboratory processing
    • Ambient centrifuge

    • Access to FedEx and UPS shipping facilities
    • IATA-certified staff
  • Access to onsite radiology services (X-ray, CT, MRI, PET, DEXA)
